Migration from Zendesk to Jira

As we have recently migrated our ticketing system from Zendesk to JSM there might be a few bugs that we have not yet worked out.

Anyone that previously interacted with our ticketing system before January 18, 2025 will need to use the "forgot password" link during login to enable their account.

Portals

  • Amitec Support

    Welcome! You can raise a request for Amitec Support using the options provided.

    If you do not already have an account you will be prompted to create one after submitting your request.
    Upon submitting a request, a confirmation will be sent to the recipient in the "email confirmation to" field.

  • PI Vision Suite

    Welcome! You can raise a request for Werusys PI Vision Suite using the options provided.
